Angelia Dreher Earns Prestigious National Pharmacy Leadership Credential
Vail Health Director of Pharmacy Services Angelia Dreher has been awarded the Certified Pharmacy Executive Leader (CPEL) credential by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists becoming one of only 188 worldwide to receive the credential and only one of two in Colorado. The CPEL is a nationally recognized distinction that reflects advanced expertise in pharmacy leadership. Recipients must validate professional and leadership competencies in professionalism, leading people, and leading the pharmacy enterprise within and across complex health care systems. The credential is awarded through a highly selective process and culminates in a rigorous, in-person capstone assessment.
Dreher’s achievement highlights her commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care, as well as her leadership within the evolving landscape of healthcare.
