Chris Lindley will explore popular direct-to-consumer tools like blood tests, genetic testing, wearables, and nutrition tracking. He will discuss  where they fall short & who they’re best for. Lastly, he will touch on Healthspan and how it goes beyond traditional medical care.


Dr. Melissa O'Meara will discuss advanced preventive screenings—tests that go beyond routine recommendations, such as expanded lab panels and full-body MRI scans. She will also try to help to make sense of the growing amount of health data out there from a healthcare professional point of view.


Dr. Kate Schuetze will cover preventive cardiac care, including advanced heart scans and direct-to-consumer tools like HeartFlow, while debunking common myths around cardiac testing and explaining the true purpose of a stress test.

Lindsey Duhamel, DPT, PT talked through warm-up and recovery as essential tools for preventing injury, supporting recovery, and keeping the body moving well into later life.

Dr. Susan Vickerman discussed eating for the household and the “why” behind choosing healthy foods. Her goal is to empower the audience to make the right decisions about the foods we eat. 

Lilia Brown, FNP touched on how inflammation plays a key role in aging, weight gain, fatigue, brain fog and joint pain. She shared how certain anti-inflammatory foods and key supplements can help you feel more vibrant, energized and resilient.

Melaine Hendershott, RDN, CSO talked about the importance of meal planning, common deficits in your diet, and how to combat them with things you can eat. She provided tips and tricks for your weekly grocery shopping trip.
