His experience is captured his Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and #1 Amazon bestselling book Exponential Theory: The Power of Thinking Big

Aaron’s own longevity journey is a three million dollar investment in himself, and his future, through education, stem cells, biohacking, and over one-million dollar mental reprogramming from his partners at UPGRD. Aaron has himself lost over 100 pounds in 4-years, dropping body fat from close to 40% to under 10%, and added over 10 years to his lifespan since going all in on living long, and living well. Now, he is committed to bringing this same transformation to individuals, teams, and organizations.

Aaron’s seven universal truths distilled in Exponential Theory weave neuroscience, biomimicry, ancient wisdom, and emerging technologies into one leadership accelerator program, called the XMBA. The XMBA is a facilitated community within the Change Agents Academy to develop eXponential Mindset, Beliefs, and Attitudes. The major outcomes focus on improved mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and financial wellness.

Aaron has created generational impact through his facilitation work, generating over $10 billion in revenue and cost savings for his corporate clients, and multi-generational transformation with his community facilitation initiatives. Early Years and Education:
Born in Detroit, MI, Dr. Barry Sandler embarked on a lifelong journey dedicated to healing and compassion. Early in his education, his curiosity about the human body and mind sparked his desire to pursue a career in medicine. He graduated with honors from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. His experience as an instructor in the holistic technique of Osteopathic manipulative medicine inspired his passion for both emergency medicine and a commitment to improving mental health throughout the community.

Pioneering Emergency Medicine:
The adrenaline-fueled world of emergency medicine became his professional home for the next 25 years. As an Emergency Physician at a busy trauma center in Aurora, Colorado, Dr. Sandler faced the challenges of high-stakes situations, that often meant the difference between life and death. His commitment to providing the best possible care in the face of adversity earned him the honor of taking care of critically ill and injured victims and their families and gratitude from countless patients.

A Leadership Role in Behavioral Health:
As an Osteopathic Physician, he is driven by a holistic approach to healthcare. His next passion was assuming the role of Medical Director of Behavioral Health and Population Health at Vail Health. This marked a pivotal point in his career as he delved into the intricacies of mental health, recognizing the profound impact it has on overall well-being. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, they are implementing innovative and cutting-edge strategies such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), heat and cold therapy, plant-based research and Ketamine assisted therapy to treat depression and address the unique needs of our community.

Advocacy for Population Health:
His tenure as Medical Director is marked by a commitment to broadening the reach of community health and integrating behavioral health into mainstream healthcare. Exciting service lines include community outreach and preventative health programs, educational initiatives, and collaborations with local organizations to create a comprehensive support network for those in need. This holistic approach is aimed not only at treating medical and mental health issues but also at preventing their onset.

Personal Note:
Dr. Barry Sandler is grateful for the lives he has touched, and the enduring impact he has made on the medical and mental health landscape through compassion, innovation and strength of mind, body and soul. His passions include alpine skiing and snowboarding, mountain biking, strength training and nutrition. He loves spending quality time and traveling with his wife and two adult children.
