Biography
Sarah has felt fortunate to call the Vail Valley home since 2003. Originally from Kentucky, she developed a love for the mountains on childhood family ski trips. After completing the Physician Assistant Program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine she promptly moved to Colorado to begin her career in medicine, working in obstetrics/gynecology and orthopedics before turning her focus to dermatology in 2006.
Sarah brings her patient centered approach to adult, adolescent, and pediatric patients within our community and practices all realms of dermatology; medical, surgical, and cosmetic. She is dedicated to skin cancer awareness, detection, prevention and treatment. She values counseling patients so that they feel educated about their diagnosis and treatment strategy.
Sarah is happiest when adventuring with her husband and two teenage children. If not found mountain biking, skiing, hiking, or floating down the many rivers of the West you can find Sarah happily musing about in her garden.
