This is a remote hybrid position in Colorado. Specific days in the office are not required, but the incumbent is expected to be available for on-site meetings periodically throughout the year within Eagle and Summit Counties.

About the opportunity:
 
This role supports full-cycle recruitment efforts and provides critical administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
 
What you will do:
  • Assist with TA team with recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements.            
  • Handles administrative duties for contract and travel associates.       
  • Assist new employees with relocation and setting up housing
  • Handles administrative duties relating to internal and external departmental reporting on behalf of the TA team               
  • Enter data on behalf of the TA team into recruitment systems
  • Assist with new hire orientation                                                                                                                                                            
  • Provide administrative support as required to support various HR Programs & Processes       
  • Provide group level administrative support for all HR related actions, including, but not limited to new hires, promotions, transfers, leave of absence, terminations and payroll transactions          
  • Provides coverage for business office functions, as needed.
  • Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
  • Must be HIPAA compliant

What you will need:
 
Experience:
  • 1 year of relevant experience required.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

The posted salary range for this position applies to Colorado and may be adjusted based on geographic location. Vail Health considers a variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demand and other business and organizational needs. 

 

 

Some roles may be based outside of our Colorado office (remote-only positions). Roles based outside of our primary office can sit in any of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.
