Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

This is a remote hybrid position in Colorado. Specific days in the office are not required, but the incumbent is expected to be available for on-site meetings periodically throughout the year within Eagle and Summit Counties.
- Assist with TA team with recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements.
- Handles administrative duties for contract and travel associates.
- Assist new employees with relocation and setting up housing
- Handles administrative duties relating to internal and external departmental reporting on behalf of the TA team
- Enter data on behalf of the TA team into recruitment systems
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Provide administrative support as required to support various HR Programs & Processes
- Provide group level administrative support for all HR related actions, including, but not limited to new hires, promotions, transfers, leave of absence, terminations and payroll transactions
- Provides coverage for business office functions, as needed.
- Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
- Must be HIPAA compliant
- 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
The posted salary range for this position applies to Colorado and may be adjusted based on geographic location. Vail Health considers a variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demand and other business and organizational needs.
