About the Opportunity

As a Patient Access Representative, you're not just at the front desk—you’re at the heart of the patient experience. You’ll welcome patients with a smile, guide them through check-in, and make sure every detail is handled with care, helping set the tone for the high-quality treatment they’ll receive.

If you're organized, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this is your chance to launch—or level up—your career in healthcare.

No medical background? No worries. If you’ve got strong customer service skills, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact: greet patients warmly and help them check in for appointments.
  • Register patients accurately and collect necessary forms, signatures, and co-payments.
  • Answer phones, respond to questions, and connect patients with the right resources—all with a smile.
  • Verify insurance details and guide patients through coverage questions, including Medicare guidelines.
  • Keep things running smoothly by scheduling appointments, scanning records, and managing front desk supplies.
  • Support communication between patients, providers, and departments—ensuring everyone stays informed.
  • Maintain organized files and ensure all HIPAA, EMTALA, and compliance standards are followed.

You'll play a key role in creating a positive, professional, and compassionate experience from the very start of a patient’s journey.
