About the opportunity:
 
Provide project coordination and high-level administrative support to the President, Vice President, and senior leadership team of Colorado Mountain Medical.
 
What you will do:
  1. Provides confidential administrative support to the President, Vice President, and senior leadership team of Colorado Mountain Medical
  2. Creates agendas and record notes and action items for Leadership and team meetings.
  3. Tracks project budgets by processing PO’s, invoices and providing monthly updates to the leadership team to ensure expenses are in alignment.
  4. Maintains daily, monthly, and annual calendars for maximum productivity and organization.
  5. Creates high level presentations and communication materials using a variety of programs and mediums.
  6. Partners with the PMO to use project management principals to drive and organize Colorado Mountain Medical projects.
  7. Coordinates with appropriate internal and external partners to maintain timelines and budget.
  8. Coordinates with other executive assistants on organization wide projects and initiatives.
  9. Creates correspondence, action items, reports, memorandums, special projects, and related
  10. Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
  11. Must be HIPAA compliant

What you will need:
 
Experience:
  • 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant required
  • 2 years previous administrative experience to an executive level position preferred
License(s):
  • N/A
Certification(s):
  • N/A
Computer / Typing:
  • Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements
    for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.

 

Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.

Hourly Pay:
$31.82$43.90 USD
