After completing his undergraduate degree in genetics at the University of Kansas, Dr. Horner obtained his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed a radiology residency at the Oregon Health and Science University. He also completed a vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at the Dotter Interventional Institute at Oregon Health and Science University.

Dr. Horner specializes in vascular, interventional and diagnostic radiology and is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. In addition, he is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, the Western Angiographic and Interventional Society, the American College of Radiology, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Dr. Horner currently lives in Denver with his wife and two children and enjoys skiing, hiking and camping with his family. He is also an avid cyclist and races competitively year-round in road, mountain bike and cyclo-cross disciplines.
