Biography
Jose Elizalde is a bilingual and bicultural licensed clinical social worker. Mr. Elizalde has extensive and unique experience with Eagle County, as he was raised within our community and graduated from Battle Mountain High School. Mr. Elizalde has over 8 years of clinical experience focused on the treatment and clinical management of substance abuse disorders, co-morbid mental health and medical conditions, chronic mood disorders, and complex patient presentations. Mr. Elizalde has provided both inpatient and outpatients services, crisis response services, and is well-versed in community resource navigation.
