Biography
Emilee Sandsmark, MD, FACOG is a compassionate and highly trained obstetrician-gynecologist committed to helping women feel informed, confident, and supported in their healthcare decisions. She earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) distinction in 2015, and completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Arizona in 2019. Dr. Sandsmark is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
She offers comprehensive gynecologic and obstetric care and is trained in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with a particular passion for vaginal hysterectomy, an approach that emphasizes minimally invasive techniques and patient-centered outcomes.
Dr. Sandsmark believes the best care begins with education and partnership. She prioritizes clear communication and shared decision-making, empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to actively participate in their care and achieve their personal health goals.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sandsmark enjoys staying active and embraces Colorado living through running, hiking, cycling, and skiing, as well as reading and crafting. She most values time spent with her husband and two young daughters.
