Executive Assistant

This is a hybrid position - the incumbent will need to be able to come on site.
Ideal candidate will have healthcare industry experience or exposure.
About the opportunity:
Provide administrative support to designated Executives in Administration and any assigned project staff.
What you will do:
- Provide confidential administrative support to the appropriate Administrative staff.
- Record minutes for monthly Leadership meetings and other meetings as assigned.
- Oversee or assist as assigned the functioning and maintenance of office equipment, and inventory control of supplies and materials.
- Maintain the daily appointment calendars and tickler file; make travel and lodging arrangements as requested.
- Create and type correspondence, action items, reports, memorandums, special projects, and related materials as requested.
- Compose letters and memorandums from dictation, verbal direction or from knowledge of Medical Center's policy and procedures.
- Receive, handle, and transfer phone calls and messages promptly and courteously. Provide routine information to callers in accordance with Executives request and Vail Health's policy and procedures.
- Coordinate or assist Conference Center bookings for all departments with in Vail Health, including Shaw Conference room and Eagle Healthcare Center conference room.
- Meet requested deadlines as assigned.

- Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.

- Five years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferred.

Computer / Typing:
- Must possess the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc. Must type minimum of 70 wpm
Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
Hourly Pay:
$29.16—$41.19 USD
