Born in Sandpoint Idaho, Anneka grew up on the slopes of Schweitzer Mountain. She obtained her Bachelor of Science at Loyola University Chicago, and later, her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Furthering her education, Anneka completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency with the VA Eastern Colorado Healthcare System in 2026, rotating through general orthopedic, chronic pain, and amputee care. Anneka specialized in neurologic rehabilitation at Columbia University and competed as a professional runner after graduation. This has aided her ability to help patients of all levels and backgrounds return to the activities they love. Outside of the clinic, you can find Anneka doing everything from reciting the Lord of the Rings to mountaineering, running, cycling, and alpine/Nordic skiing.
