Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)
To help improve the health of our mountain communities, Vail Health conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years to identify local health priorities through data and community feedback.
Community Giving Program
Supporting Local Non-profits
Each year Vail Health partners with multiple local organizations that benefit our community and align with identified community health needs and feedback. These partnerships support community health initiatives through educational programs, discounted medical care, local organization funding and more. Eligible projects and programs should demonstrate a clear benefit to our community’s health, behavioral health, health education, or access to healthcare services.
