If you would like to schedule an appointment with a provider you haven’t seen before, please call our team to book your appointment:

Already a patient of this provider?

If you have already seen this provider, you can schedule your appointments through MyChart.

  • Sign in to your MyChart account.
  • Select Schedule an Appointment from the menu.
  • Select your provider.
  • Choose the type of care or appointment you need.
  • Answer a few questions about your visit, if prompted.
  • Choose an available date and time.
  • Review your appointment details and select Schedule to confirm.

Important note: After our transition to Epic on October 3, 2026, your first appointment with your provider must be scheduled by phone, even if you have seen them before. After you’ve completed that visit, you may be able to schedule future appointments through MyChart.
