As of October 3, 2026, you will have convenient, secure and easy way to pay bills online. Vail Health’s MyChart patient portal offers consolidated billing across Vail Health, including Colorado Mountain Medical, Shaw Cancer Center, Howard Head Sports Medicine and Vail Health Behavioral Health, allowing you a faster way to view and manage statements.
During the transition to the MyChart patient portal, the bill you receive and how you pay that bill will depend the date of your appointment.

How to pay your bill for appointments that happened before October 3, 2026
If your appointment took place before October 3, 2026, you will receive the same bill as you have in the past. You should submit payment for your care as you have in the past. The screenshots below may help you know where to go for more information.

How to pay your bill for appointments that happened after October 3, 2026.
Vail Health’s MyChart Patient Portal
One of the MyChart best-in-class features is the convenient and secure online billing system. All your Vail Health bills will now be in one location for ease of payment and accurate tracking of which bills you paid and when.
If your appointment happened after the MyChart conversion date, October 3, 2026, your bill will automatically delivered electronically through your MyChart account. If you have opt’ed in for paper statements, they will look like the image on the right.
