Biography

After graduating summa cum laude from Weber State University, Dr. Johnson received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, where he was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society. Dr. Johnson then completed his radiology residency and musculoskeletal imaging fellowship from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He specializes in both musculoskeletal radiology and diagnostic radiology and is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

In addition, Dr. Johnson is a leader in the Denver musculoskeletal community and routinely participates in community-wide conferences, gives lectures and has contributed to articles for publication. He is the chair of the Musculoskeletal Section of Diversified Radiology and has served as a member of the clinical radiology faculty for the University of Colorado. Dr. Johnson is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Colorado Medical Society, the Colorado Radiological Society, the Radiological Society of North America and the Society of Skeletal Radiology.

Dr. Johnson lives near Denver and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, reading, hiking/backpacking, soccer and various other sports.
