Biography

Dr. Alizadeh moved to Colorado from New Jersey in middle school and has never looked back. She has been practicing in Denver for the last several years and most recently has been practicing in community and critical access hospitals across the country. She provides patient centered evidence based care for women of all ages. Dr. Alizadeh has a special interest in menopausal care, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), basic infertility, as well as, obstetrical care. Personally, she enjoys staying active with her family, traveling, reading, and cooking.

Dr. Alizadeh helps out at CMM every few months, usually for one or two days. She sees patients for urgent visits, prenatal checks, and follow-ups from the emergency room or hospital. Because she is only here occasionally, she doesn’t provide ongoing care for patients.
