Biography

Jessie moved to Colorado from Wisconsin in 2000 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Kinesiology and completing her personal training certification. Since then she has held various fitness and wellness roles throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. She is a certified health coach with special interests in preventive health and workplace/employee wellness. Jessie most enjoys working with older adults and novice exercisers in relation to risk factor modification and longevity.
