Biography

Jake earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from The Ohio State University before receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Florida. He holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW-L1) coach, as well as in Emergency Response and Management of Acute Injury and Illness in Sport. His passion for providing individualized, evidence-based care and helping patients return to the activities they love inspired him to pursue further specialization as a Sports Physical Therapy Resident at Howard Head. Outside of the clinic, Jake enjoys playing basketball, strength training, hiking, spending time outdoors, and cheering on Cleveland sports teams.
