A Functional Medicine Perspective on Brain, Bone & Whole-Body Health

Vail Health Women’s Wellness Series

Menopause is far more than a hormonal transition, it is a profound neurologic, metabolic, immune, emotional, and identity shift that can impact every aspect of a woman’s health and sense of self.

In this inspiring and empowering talk, Vail Health Functional Medicine providers and Vail Healthspan care team members, Eliza Klearman, ND, and Kyler Hijmans, DNP, FNP-BC, explore menopause through a broader lens, examining brain and bone health, inflammation, immune aging, nervous system regulation, stress resilience, longevity, and the emotional transition into the next phase of life.

Drawing from functional, longevity, and environmental medicine, neuroscience, and personal experience, this discussion will focus on the often-overlooked aspects of menopause and the importance of discovering connection, purpose, recovery, and joy through this journey.

This is a FREE community event. All are welcome, RSVP is required.
