Join the Vail Healthspan team, in partnership with the Athletic Club at the Westin, for an interactive evening focused on optimizing nutrition, strength, and movement from peri- to post-menopause. Vail Healthspan Nutritionist Christine Pierangeli and Health Coaches Vicki Kenney and Ashley Hogoboom will share practical strategies to support energy, metabolism, bone health, muscle strength, and overall well-being during this stage of life.

This is not your traditional sit-and-listen lecture. Participants will engage in guided movement exercises throughout the evening while learning approachable ways to build strength, support metabolic health, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies. Discussions will also explore nutrition strategies that can help women feel energized, nourished, and supported through menopause and beyond.

All are welcome, RSVP required!

Please note: This is an interactive workshop, and participants will be seated on yoga mats for portions of the event. If you require chair seating or special accommodations, please let us know in advance.
