Biography

Taylor grew up in South Florida and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from AdventHealth University. After completing her sports residency with AdventHealth, she gained experience treating athletes of all levels, from youth to weekend warriors. She is certified in dry needling and blood flow restriction (BFR) training, with advanced training in ACL rehab and neurocognitive return-to-sport strategies. Taylor has a passion for the outdoors and active living. She enjoys running, snowboarding, and backpacking with her dog.
