Biography

Originally from Oklahoma, Sabra earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Colorado State University in 2010 before pursuing and completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Sabra is dedicated to enhancing athletic performance throughout all stages of life by focusing on strength training and movement education. When she’s not in the clinic, Sabra enjoys quality time with her husband and their two dogs, as well as engaging in weightlifting, mountain biking, and hiking.
