Biografía

Alex was born in raised in Dallas, TX and attended the University of Alabama for her undergraduate degree in exercise science before returning to Texas to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Upon graduation, Alex worked in Dallas in outpatient orthopedics before heading to the Vail Valley to undergo residency training at Howard Head in orthopedics and sports. Alex is passionate about helping everyone from active adults to competitive athletes get back to the activities they love.
