Al postularse, los departamentos de emergencias comparten historias que destacan su compromiso con la atenci\u00f3n y las iniciativas para mejorar el bienestar del personal de enfermer\u00eda. Las solicitudes son revisadas y calificadas por el comit\u00e9 del premio. El premio tiene una duraci\u00f3n de tres a\u00f1os.
