Melaine Hendershott, MS, RDN, CSO ofrece cinco consejos para combatir la melancol\u00eda invernal.<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exponte a la luz. Si\u00e9ntate junto a la ventana o sal al exterior durante las horas de luz del d\u00eda. Mezcla los garbanzos con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y espolvorea con sal y pimienta al gusto. Coloca los trozos de zanahoria para el aderezo en su propio rinc\u00f3n de la bandeja para hornear para asarlos junto con los garbanzos. Hornea por 25 minutos, o hasta que los garbanzos est\u00e9n dorados y crujientes y las zanahorias est\u00e9n suaves.
