Con 1.236 empleados a tiempo completo, a tiempo parcial y afiliados, y 260 m\u00e9dicos asociados, VVMC es el segundo empleador m\u00e1s grande de la regi\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n tenemos la suerte de contar con el apoyo de 84 hombres y mujeres dedicados en nuestro Cuerpo de Voluntarios, as\u00ed como con el compromiso de nuestra Junta Directiva de voluntarios. Durante la Semana Nacional de los Hospitales, quiero agradecer a estas personas desinteresadas que desempe\u00f1an un papel en asegurar que VVMC brinde la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de monta\u00f1a m\u00e1s moderna del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un valle peque\u00f1o como el nuestro, es probable que uno de los empleados de VVMC sea tu amigo o vecino. Espero que aproveches la oportunidad esta semana para agradecer a estas personas dedicadas por sus contribuciones a esta gran comunidad. VVMC no es solo un hospital para huesos rotos. Estamos aqu\u00ed para dar nueva vida al Valle en nuestro Centro de la Mujer y el Ni\u00f1o, para salvar vidas en nuestros Departamentos de Emergencia y Laboratorio de Cateterismo Card\u00edaco, para tratar enfermedades y lesiones en nuestros Centros de Atenci\u00f3n de Urgencia y Cl\u00ednica sin Cita, para ayudar a las personas a volver a lo que aman en nuestras cl\u00ednicas de Medicina Deportiva Howard Head y para luchar contra el c\u00e1ncer y brindar respiro en Shaw y Jack\u2019s Place.
