Berries also contain fiber which helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure and folate to protect against cardiovascular disease and age-related memory loss.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So how can we add more berries to our diet? Registered dietitian nutritionist Katie Mazzia offers five tips for consuming seasonal berries.<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elige org\u00e1nico fresco o congelado (sin endulzar) de origen local o de EE.
