No hay un n\u00famero fijo de kil\u00f3metros semanales que aplique a todos los individuos en cuanto al punto en que puede ocurrir una lesi\u00f3n por sobreuso. A lo largo de mis casi 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia, he apreciado un aumento en las lesiones por sobreuso cuando los corredores recreativos superan las 20 millas por semana. Los beneficios del ejercicio aer\u00f3bico regular son demasiados como para enumerarlos y aqu\u00ed, en el Vail Valley, tenemos una comunidad dedicada a la actividad f\u00edsica y el bienestar que apoyo totalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La clave para evitar las lesiones por sobreuso es el entrenamiento cruzado. Esfu\u00e9rzate por lograr un equilibrio entre el estiramiento, el fortalecimiento, los ejercicios aer\u00f3bicos y el entrenamiento de intervalos. Muchos atletas tienen \u00e9xito al incorporar varias rutinas de entrenamiento diferentes, como: nadar vueltas, andar en bicicleta, levantar pesas, correr y jugar tenis o racquetball, por ejemplo. Al permitir que el cuerpo se recupere entre esfuerzos repetitivos, se reduce la probabilidad de sufrir una lesi\u00f3n por sobreuso.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, al cuidar las rodillas de muchos corredores, he apreciado que una vez que una persona sufre esa primera lesi\u00f3n importante, es significativamente m\u00e1s propensa a sufrir problemas adicionales en la rodilla.
