Doug Emerson y Jesse Horton de Howard Head Sports Medicine demuestran que algunos mitos comunes son simplemente absurdos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfHas o\u00eddo que la ma\u00f1ana es la mejor hora del d\u00eda para hacer ejercicio? \u00bfO que debes entrenar todos los d\u00edas para ver resultados? \u00bfQu\u00e9 tal la que dice que solo necesitas cardio para perder peso? Hay un \u201cMejor momento\u201d para hacer ejercicio<\/strong><br> Este es un tema complicado. Se han realizado estudios que indican que hacer ejercicio a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana, antes de comer (es decir, en ayunas), ayuda a prevenir el aumento de peso. Estirarse antes de hacer ejercicio previene lesiones<\/strong><br> Estirar antes de hacer ejercicio no ha demostrado ser \u00fatil para prevenir lesiones, reducir el dolor muscular o mejorar el rendimiento. De hecho, podr\u00edas incluso lesionarte si simplemente comienzas tu rutina con estiramientos intensos, afirma Shirley Archer, educadora de fitness y bienestar del American Council on Exercise.
