Para una plancha, ap\u00f3yate sobre tus codos y dedos de los pies con la espalda recta. Para una plancha lateral, ap\u00f3yate sobre un codo y el costado de un pie, manteniendo tu cuerpo en l\u00ednea recta. Para aumentar la dificultad, a\u00f1ade una elevaci\u00f3n de pierna o una superficie inestable como una pelota. Para el puente, acu\u00e9state boca arriba hundiendo los talones en el suelo. Levanta las caderas hasta que tu cuerpo est\u00e9 en una<br>l\u00ednea recta. Para mayor dificultad<br>usa solo una pierna y rota las piernas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>40s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tus 40, tus manguitos rotadores se desgarrar\u00e1n m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente que en tus 20 y 30.
