A medida que continuamos discutiendo la disciplina de tu vejiga, ten en cuenta los siguientes consejos:<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incluso con una vejiga bien disciplinada, necesitar\u00e1s orinar en alg\u00fan momento. Esto es normal, saludable y bueno. Lo que entra tiene que salir, en proporciones bastante similares, lo que significa que si bebes un litro completo de l\u00edquido de una sola vez, \u00a1no esperes poder aguantar ocho horas antes de vaciar tu vejiga!<\/li>\n\n\n<li>El objetivo NO es orinar \u201clo menos posible\u201d. El objetivo es la funcionalidad: \u00a1tener la vejiga lo suficientemente llena para que puedas participar en la vida! Es normal orinar de 7 a 10 veces al d\u00eda (dependiendo de la cantidad de l\u00edquido que bebas) y, si tienes m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os, levantarte al menos una vez por la noche.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Puede que tengas que hacer algunos cambios en c\u00f3mo haces las cosas. Si sigues haciendo lo que siempre has hecho, espera lo que siempre ha pasado. Hacer Kegels y trabajar la mente sobre la materia funciona, \u00a1pero tienes que hacerlo de verdad!<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LLEVAR UN DIARIO DE VEJIGA<\/strong><br>El mes pasado tambi\u00e9n hablamos de llevar un diario de vejiga. Hacemos esto por dos razones. La primera es para descubrir qu\u00e9 cosas irritan tu vejiga y reducir, eliminar o diluir esos irritantes. La segunda es para calcular aproximadamente cu\u00e1nto est\u00e1s ingiriendo en comparaci\u00f3n con lo que est\u00e1s eliminando.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacidad normal de la vejiga var\u00eda de 300 a 600 ml (aproximadamente de 1 a 2.5 tazas), dependiendo de con qui\u00e9n hables\u2026 \u00a1y de qui\u00e9n seas! Un diario puede ayudarte a responder la pregunta \"\u00bfRealmente necesito orinar ahora mismo?\". <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONSEJOS PARA AYUDARTE A RECUPERAR EL CONTROL DE LA VEJIGA<\/strong><br>Si solo ha tomado \u00bd taza de agua en las \u00faltimas cuatro horas y ha ido al ba\u00f1o cinco veces, \u00a1la respuesta probablemente sea \u201dno\"! Si la respuesta es \"no\", pero su vejiga todav\u00eda le dice que realmente, realmente necesita ir ahora mismo, aqu\u00ed hay algunas cosas que pueden ayudar:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si\u00e9ntate. Aplicar un poco de presi\u00f3n en el suelo p\u00e9lvico puede ayudar a mitigar la urgencia de ir al ba\u00f1o. Una vez que la urgencia m\u00e1s intensa haya pasado y puedas dirigirte al ba\u00f1o con calma, hazlo.
