La verdad no est\u00e1 tan lejos. Aunque no es exactamente por tristeza o amor perdido, las enfermedades del coraz\u00f3n son la principal causa de muerte tanto para hombres como para mujeres en los Estados Unidos y son la causa de muerte de una de cada cuatro mujeres estadounidenses. Las enfermedades del coraz\u00f3n no solo son una preocupaci\u00f3n para las mujeres mayores, sino para todas las mujeres mayores de 20 a\u00f1os, especialmente aquellas que fuman, tienen sobrepeso, presi\u00f3n arterial y\/o colesterol altos, diabetes, anemia, estr\u00e9s, depresi\u00f3n, y para aquellas que no hacen ejercicio o tienen una dieta poco saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las enfermedades card\u00edacas ocurren, no cuando un novio te deja o cuando un ser querido muere, sino cuando la placa se acumula en las paredes de las arterias, estrech\u00e1ndolas y dificultando el paso de la sangre, lo que a menudo resulta en ataques card\u00edacos y accidentes cerebrovasculares.
