Si bien los datos indican que la COVID-19 afecta principalmente a la poblaci\u00f3n de edad avanzada o a quienes padecen enfermedades autoinmunes, estamos viendo a personas sanas de diversas edades que luchan contra la enfermedad.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los s\u00edntomas relacionados con el COVID-19 se han ampliado, por lo que estamos ampliando nuestros criterios de diagn\u00f3stico. Si bien los s\u00edntomas iniciales eran principalmente fiebre, tos seca y dificultad para respirar, los s\u00edntomas adicionales ahora incluyen dolor de cabeza, dolores corporales, otalgia, dolor de garganta, p\u00e9rdida del olfato o del gusto, dolor abdominal, n\u00e1useas, v\u00f3mitos y diarrea. Los pacientes con este tipo de s\u00edntomas deben comunicarse con un proveedor de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para la detecci\u00f3n y posibles pruebas.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queremos asegurarnos de que todos los segmentos de nuestra poblaci\u00f3n tengan acceso a asesoramiento m\u00e9dico, ex\u00e1menes de detecci\u00f3n y pruebas.
