Las ubicaciones estatales y los detalles espec\u00edficos est\u00e1n sujetos a cambios a medida que cambien nuestros requisitos de contrataci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Sobre la oportunidad:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Responsible for independently assisting providers and clinical teams with patient care, maintaining patient records, and completing administrative duties that assist in the management of patient care.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Lo que har\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Fields patient phone calls and voicemails promptly and in a professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Addresses patient portal and electronic health record (EHR) messages through the drop box within an acceptable timeframe established by providers and leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with necessary provider or team member regarding patient questions and concerns.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Receives patient refill requests and processes appropriately based on appropriate workflow based on qualifying factors for refill.<\/li>\n<li>If refill cannot be processed by the clinical assistant, the clinical assistant sends the request to the provider with necessary information to process the request.<\/li>\n<li>Manage provider\u2019s patient portal messages, sort to appropriate inboxes within the EHR or address messages as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Closes loop with patient on requests, questions, results, or concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures accuracy and proper documentation in the patient\u2019s electronic health record.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clinical care team as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Modela los principios de una Cultura Justa y de Valores Organizacionales.<\/li>\n<li>Debe cumplir con HIPAA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Esta descripci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 destinada y no debe interpretarse como una lista exhaustiva de todas las responsabilidades, habilidades y esfuerzos o condiciones de trabajo asociadas con el puesto.
