Vail Health is looking for an organized and motivated Inventory Specialist to help ensure that our clinical teams have the right supplies at the right time.     Maintain accurate inventory levels\u00a0through restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control for assigned areas.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Review supply needs, prevent overstocking, and help ensure efficient product turnover.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Conduct physical counts and investigate inventory discrepancies\u2014updating systems as needed.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Process supply deliveries by verifying quantities, expiration dates, and physical condition.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Respond to supply and equipment requests\u2014both routine and urgent\u2014with prompt, professional service.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Inspect equipment and supplies for expiration, recalls, or defects, and report any issues.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Help manage bi-annual physical inventories\u00a0and assist with reporting for supply tracking.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Keep all supply areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout daily operations.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Propose new ideas and assist with department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all work.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
