The Concierge lives on site in order to provide on-call support for guests, oversight of routine maintenance and repairs, plans and hosts guest activities to enhance patient experience, and is an active and engaged member of the Spirit of Survival team.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Lo que har\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Promotes an atmosphere of warmth, compassion and understanding amongst patients, their families, and team members.\u00a0 Demonstrates empathy and the ability to relate to and connect with others, especially those experiencing serious health concerns.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold\"><strong><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Lives in on-site housing unit; answers on-call requests during set evening\/overnight hours during the week\/weekend<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Be available onsite to respond to emergency situations or other urgent circumstances through activating emergency services and\/or care coordination with medical team at Shaw if necessary. This requires no advanced medical skills or knowledge.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Is an engaged &amp; active member of the Spirit of Survival team. This includes attending monthly meetings, participation in event planning, coordinating, and hosting events as needed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the safe operation of Jack\u2019s Place. Enforces rules and disciplinary action when necessary, in a timely fashion while following Vail Health\u2019s principles of Just Culture.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Handles light spot cleaning of units or house as needed. Conduct room assessments as needed. Notify housekeeping of housekeeping needs. Notify facilities of maintenance needs, safety reporting as needed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Check guests in\/out, orient guests, explain policies and services. Answers and manages referral calls for reservations, confirms room availability and manages the waiting list.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates, schedules and supervises in-house programs and events, such as survivorship services on a weekly and monthly basis.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Assist with office administration duties including filing, correspondence, handling the processing of donations, and special events at Shaw Cancer Center as needed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Los modelos a seguir de los directores son los principios de una Cultura Justa y los Valores Organizacionales.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar otras tareas seg\u00fan sea asignado.
