Email our TTP Coordinator at <a href=\"mailto:ttpcoordinator@vailhealth.org\">ttpcoordinator@vailhealth.org<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Sobre la oportunidad:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The Nurse Resident under the supervision of the program coordinator and unit manager\/director and in collaboration with his\/her educator and preceptors will be responsible for the provision of nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with current standards of care.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Lo que har\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Demonstrates accountability for and commitment to professional nursing practice through participation in the nurse residency program activities.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently meets the necessary performance expectations associated with the residency curriculum to ensure successful completion of the residency program.<\/li>\n<li>Engages with Transition to Practice Coordinator, department leadership, educators, preceptors, co-workers, and other nurse residents to ensure effective learning and professional growth that leads to a successful transition into independent practice.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates knowledge and application of the nursing process as it relates to patients and families.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with healthcare team members, patients and their families in the provision of care.<\/li>\n<li>Delegates to and provides direct supervision to other healthcare team members as appropriate in the implementation of the plan of care.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as an advocate for patients and their families.<\/li>\n<li>Practices within accepted ethical and legal parameters of nursing.<\/li>\n<li>Adheres to hospital and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Delivers excellent service by utilizing Relationship-Based Care to advocate for safety, patient preferences, and optimal communication through partnering with patients and families.<\/li>\n<li>Modela los principios de una Cultura Justa y de Valores Organizacionales.<\/li>\n<li>Realiza otras tareas seg\u00fan se le asignen.
