The expectations of this role are that the employee will progress through the Patient Care Tech levels and ultimately complete and pass the Medical Assistant exam to become a Clinical Assistant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0QU\u00c9 HAR\u00c1S:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Obtains, monitors, and records vital signs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures accuracy and proper documentation in the patient\u2019s Electronic Health Record (EHR).<\/li>\n<li>Maintains patient documentation and communicates with Clinical Assistants<\/li>\n<li>Ensures cleanliness, adequate stock of supplies and functioning equipment in examination rooms. Replaces supplies depleted on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Cleans and prepares clinical rooms, equipment and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Assists all providers and other clinical staff as needed and assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Follows established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, OSHA Rules and Regulations, environmental and infection control standards.<\/li>\n<li>Modela los principios de una Cultura Justa y de Valores Organizacionales.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.
