Confirms and verifies test results and reports findings to clinicians.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Documents all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prepares specimens to be stored or transported to the reference laboratory.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Operates, calibrates, and conducts performance checks on clinical laboratory equipment and monitors maintenance schedules.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Follows corrective action policies and procedures when test systems are not within the laboratory\u2019s established acceptable levels of performance.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and corrects the problems or notifies supervisory personnel of the problem.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Documents all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory\u2019s established performance specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Esta descripci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 destinada y no debe interpretarse como una lista exhaustiva de todas las responsabilidades, habilidades y esfuerzos o condiciones de trabajo asociadas con el puesto.
