We\u2019re seeking <strong>Anestesi\u00f3logo<\/strong> to join our collaborative team-based model alongside experienced CRNAs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span>This role is a full time 1099\/Direct Contractor role with some week night and weekend call, additional compensation for time worked over 10 hours a day and extra days worked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span>Compensation is $3500\/day<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Lo que har\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative, team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Participate in compensated weeknight and weekend call rotations<\/li>\n<li>Administer anesthesia using IV, local, spinal, or caudal techniques for surgical and medical procedures<\/li>\n<li>Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort<\/li>\n<li>Manage airway and provide life support during emergency situations<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate patient risk through medical histories, exams, and diagnostics<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with healthcare teams to determine optimal anesthetic plans<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate care with CRNAs, nurses, and support staff<\/li>\n<li>Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and recovery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Esta descripci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 destinada y no debe interpretarse como una lista exhaustiva de todas las responsabilidades, habilidades y esfuerzos o condiciones de trabajo asociadas con el puesto.
