Es especialista en modalidades informadas por el trauma, como la Terapia EMDR y la Psicoterapia Sensomotoria, para ayudar a los pacientes a procesar traumas pasados y heridas de apego. Esto ayuda a los pacientes a cambiar creencias b\u00e1sicas y adaptativas negativas sobre s\u00ed mismos y el mundo por otras m\u00e1s adaptativas y positivas. Kady tambi\u00e9n utiliza la Terapia Cognitivo-Comportamental (TCC), la Terapia de Aceptaci\u00f3n y Compromiso (ACT) y la atenci\u00f3n plena para ayudar a pacientes que luchan con ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, problemas de relaci\u00f3n, ruptura familiar y transiciones vitales. Kady combina su experiencia en diferentes modalidades y adapta su trabajo para atender a cada individuo y sus necesidades, desaf\u00edos y fortalezas particulares. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kady creci\u00f3 en los suburbios noroccidentales de Chicago. Desde siempre ha tenido pasi\u00f3n por la aventura, los viajes y la naturaleza, y ha buscado todas las oportunidades para poder vivir de estas aficiones.
