Kendra earned dual degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Hahnemann University. She has more than 30 years of clinical experience specializing in orthopaedics and pelvic health. In 2016, Kendra completed a Professional Yoga Therapy program to complement her extensive background in manual therapy, pelvic health, visceral mobilization and sports rehabilitation.
