Despu\u00e9s de graduarse, Byron se mud\u00f3 a Bismarck, ND para completar su Doctorado en Fisioterapia en la Universidad de Mary. Byron tiene una pasi\u00f3n por tratar lesiones relacionadas con el esqu\u00ed y el snowboard a trav\u00e9s de su propia experiencia con estas lesiones y trabajando en cl\u00ednicas ortop\u00e9dicas ambulatorias en Denver y Monument, CO. Actualmente, Byron es Residente de Fisioterapia Ortop\u00e9dica en Howard Head Sports Medicine, donde contin\u00faa persiguiendo su inter\u00e9s en la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica basada en la evidencia y la investigaci\u00f3n. En su tiempo libre, Byron es un \u00e1vido practicante de snowboard y ha disfrutado compartiendo su pasi\u00f3n por el deporte como instructor de snowboard en Vail durante 8 a\u00f1os. Tambi\u00e9n disfruta de la m\u00fasica en vivo, el senderismo y el campismo.
