Anna has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University. After graduating from PT school, she moved to Chandler Arizona and worked in a sports medicine clinic that specialized in sports-oriented recovery and provided coverage to the local high schools. Being a native of Colorado, she missed the changing of the seasons and moved back to Colorado to work in Denver, which focused more on chronic pain management. She missed working with the sports population and an opportunity arose with Howard Head Sports Medicine. She joined Howard Head in 2012 and during her tenure became a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and started traveling with the US Cross Country Ski Team. She was awarded the John J. Clair Jr. award by the Ski Team in 2019.
