Devon creci\u00f3 en Los \u00c1ngeles y obtuvo t\u00edtulos en Ling\u00fc\u00edstica y Comunicaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Colorado Boulder. Pas\u00f3 un a\u00f1o viajando y ense\u00f1ando en el Sudeste Asi\u00e1tico antes de mudarse al valle en 2013 para disfrutar de todo lo relacionado con el aire libre. Despu\u00e9s de un tiempo en el sector hotelero, Devon curs\u00f3 una maestr\u00eda en Trastornos y Ciencias de la Comunicaci\u00f3n en la Universidad de Oreg\u00f3n, donde realiz\u00f3 investigaciones publicadas sobre rehabilitaci\u00f3n de lesiones cerebrales y conmociones cerebrales. Devon tiene experiencia en alteraciones del habla, el lenguaje, la cognici\u00f3n y la degluci\u00f3n en una variedad de entornos con pacientes pedi\u00e1tricos y adultos.
