El especialista en pies y tobillos, formado en Harvard, sabe por experiencia que \u201cd\u00f3nde duele\u201d no siempre es la causa real de la dolencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El entrenamiento de becario del Dr. Elton le ha brindado la experiencia para manejar todo el espectro de trastornos del pie y el tobillo: desde lesiones deportivas y fracturas hasta trastornos nerviosos y tendinosos, deformidades y dolor cr\u00f3nico. \u00c9l enfatiza que la mayor\u00eda de las lesiones no traum\u00e1ticas se pueden resolver con tratamiento no quir\u00fargico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filos\u00f3ficamente, el Dr. Elton solo recomendar\u00e1 la intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica cuando otros tratamientos no operatorios hayan fallado.
