Facilities Administrative Support

Vail Health has become the world’s most advanced mountain healthcare system. Our updated 520,000-square-foot hospital opened in December 2020.  This state-of-the-art facility provides exceptional care to all of our patients, with the most beautiful views in the area, located centrally in Vail.

Pay Grade: Min: $20.00 Max: $26.51. Pay is based upon relevant education and experience.

Provide clerical support to Facilities by answering phones, distributing work orders, and ordering parts and materials among others. 

  1. Answer help phone for department. Manage the caller experience and redirect calls as necessary outside department.
  2. Provide feedback to facilities  leadership as needed to coordinate department resources.
  3. Verify all issue called in or put in the work order system have been fully resolved and properly communicated.
  4. Order materials as needed for department activities.
  5. manage all invoices for the department; including but not limited to coding, tracking and conduct any necessary follow up.
  6. Distribute corrective maintenance work orders to the facilities team. Enter work orders into the maintenance tracking system.
  7. Manage all department calendars and keep up to date.
  8. Record minutes for meetings as necessary.
  9. Sort and distribute mail for Facilities support  
  10. Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant
